Job Description

• Advise the business on legal interpretations, internal / international standards and practices, new business initiatives and other commercial and regulatory matters.

• Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)

• Provide legal training to the business and be a knowledge-hub of best practices.

• Engage and work closely with business and other functional teams within Fatura.

• Drafting, reviewing & overseeing legal paperwork related to business operations.

• Review new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors & Negotiate contract terms, transactions, and settlements on behalf of the businesses involved.

• Design & ensure all business processes, strategies, and actions comply with all relevant local, state, federal, and international laws.

• Handle all matters related to corporate and labor law, civil law, and formal procedures with governmental authorities including but not limited GAFI, Commercial registered, ITEDA, FEI, Notary public, Courts, police station.

• Oversee & ensure implementation of the company’s policy and position on legal matters.

• Protect the company against legal risks and violations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or MA Degree in law – English Section.

• 8 - 10 years experience as a Legal Counsel national & international (Familiar with European Law).

• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

• Excellent MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience.
